Vision is best created through literal visualization - imagining you are already in the future state and gaining clarity, as descriptively as possible, what the ideal organization looks like in that future.

While creating Vision... Anything is possible. Avoiding shooting down others (or your own) ideas, citing “That can’t work.” Crafting Vision is about “what could be?” instead of “what is?”. Do not be concerned with how the Vision will be created in this stage.

Be open to the possibility that the Vision you hold for the company is not shared with your executive team. Be prepared to discuss your viewpoint in the workshop.
