Purpose


The purpose of a leadership 360 is to elevate the leadership capacity of the beneficiary through honest feedback. A leadership 360 is designed for for this leader to get feedback from their direct reports, their peers, and their boss.

The goal is for direct reports to express utmost honesty in their feedback. Without honesty, we rob the beneficiary of an opportunity to better understand their strengths and blindspots. They will not be able to learn and grow in the right directions. With honesty, we give a gift of our real thoughts and feelings—the understated truth that may truly benefit the other person.
