Vision communication is among the most difficult aspects of running an organization. The default action is to clarify the Vision (this workshop) and file the Vision away to be reviewed later. Do not do this.

The Vision must be actively, repeatedly communicated to the organization to gain the benefits. Without communicating the Vision, the organization never receives the context to change their behaviors, participate in strategy, or in setting and achieving meaningful goals.
